Step 1: Down load the IPTV Smarters Pro Windows Download Here.

Step 2: After the file has been downloaded click the file and follow the instructions to start installation.

Step 3: Open the App and enter the Users Name and Password that was sent in the Welcome Email.

Step 4: Type in http://117tv.icu in the url box. and click Add User. Once logged in click on your users name box in the top left corner.

Step 6: Once the download has finished, click on the Live TV, Movie, and Series button to complete the instillation process.
